Business inquiries

Suzhou Morusilk Co., Ltd., trading as Bagfex, processes your name, company, business email, country or region, fabric or application, estimated quantity, message, optional WhatsApp, request type, selected product, and privacy-consent time to review and respond to your request.

Inquiry notifications

After the website securely stores an inquiry, Resend processes an email notification to the authorized business mailbox. The notification contains the inquiry details and attachment filenames, but not attachment contents or private download links. The website does not send an automatic acknowledgement to the submitter.

Private attachments

Accepted reference files are stored privately and are available only to the authorized administrator. They are used only to evaluate the inquiry and are not sent to unrelated third parties or attached to notification emails.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry records and attachments are retained for 24 months unless they are deleted earlier. You may request access or deletion by contacting jennieqian188@gmail.com.

Verification and abuse prevention

Cloudflare Turnstile verifies submissions. A salted hash derived from the request address is used for short-lived rate limiting; raw addresses are not stored in the inquiry record.

Analytics choices

Google Analytics is optional and does not load until you accept analytics cookies. You can reject analytics or change the preference at any time with Manage preferences. Inquiry analytics contain only the general, quote, or sample event type—not names, emails, messages, filenames, or specifications.
